Even if the business environment is said to be a mischievous place, full of self-centered companies and people that are ready to do anything it costs to succeed, it is often that you will see a friendship come to se the light of day. Fragile at first, doubtful and wiry, these manifestations turn out to be a fructuous and plentiful environment, where both parts grow up beautifully.
That happened to us, some time ago, and from that moment on, we saw how much a friendship matters. What is this all about, you might wonder? Well, it is about a special “relationship” that started with the first email sent to TEDxCluj. You know what they say, after that, all is history.
I just realized that this is my 13th blog post on Webcrumbz. Hopefully this brings me luck, against all superstitious odds. And speaking of the number 13 and superstitions, I remember reading a hilarious one once about hotels and the fact that they do not have the 13th floor, or room number 13 – hotel managers simply skip this number and go from 12th to 14th floor. For me, this is simply nonsense – what did the poor figure did to deserve this bad reputation?
Leaving behind all this old predictions and half-sorcery land, let’s dive in our subject for today. As you got used already, I am keeping you posted about the packages that we are preparing for different businesses. Since magazines have the main focus on the printed copies, we wanted to include this as much as possible into the app, without leaving the online and mobile part aside. Also, distribution, subscriptions and sharing play an important role in the life of magazines, so they are key-features in the app to-be. We have only recently realized that we have been talking and talking (and blabbering) all over about the technical things the Webcrumbz platform is able to do and also we have been praising the tech team for their achievements, not keeping in mind that our product is for the non-technical people. So, for the next period of time, we will leave the tech team alone to keep on coding and we’ll try to focus more on what YOU can achieve by using this magical platform.
Although it might seem so, the following phrase is not part of a pitch; it is a mere description of our platform for the non-technical people that consider taking a look at it. Webcrumbz is developing fast over the next niches: conferences, magazines, bands and musicians, brands and events but not being limited to them. We therefore found it suitable and mandatory to have a small (well, it is actually medium to large) description of each feature those niches can rely and take advantage of.
